With just 1 week left before the premiere of Falling Skies ahead of us, wouldn’t it be nice to have a little something to soothe the ache of waiting? Fear not, because the ever-reliable site Three If By Space has two new behind the scenes videos for fans to enjoy!
In the first video, Who Can You Trust?, it’s made very clear that the mystery behind the invasion is far deeper and more complex than we could have imagined. Things are going to get very interesting and unbelievably intense from the very first episode and continue that way throughout the entire season.
In the second video, Ben’s Transformation, we see clips of a changed Ben Mason interspersed with Connor Jessup explaining how his character has morphed from season one’s happy, peaceful kid into a strong, fast fighting machine. It looks like Jessup’s character is going to play a much larger role in season 2 and it will be an extremely fascinating thing to see.

33 years after Alien first hit theaters we finally get a movie that promises to enrich the backstory for the universe in which it and several follow-up films were set. It’s been a long wait; I mean a really, really long wait, but it looks as if the wait will be worth it. For a collection of all the Prometheus trailers plus some related videos, please check out my latest post over at Three If By Space. It’s called Prometheus Lands This Friday and I couldn’t be more excited to finally see this highly anticipated film!
While you’re there I would very much appreciate it if you could share the article through whatever social media outlets you subscribe to. A tweet, a share/like on Facebook and Google+ or a pin on Pinterest would mean a lot to me. Thanks to all of you who follow along here and also visit Three If By Space!
The second season of Falling Skies is less than 2 weeks away. The new season looks to be even better than the first with more action, more drama and more mysteries. We also get some answers to previous questions burning in the minds of fans.
Recently, Three If By Space released a brief synopsis for all 10 of season two’s episodes. Each is a very brief description, but they all reveal a little something about where the storyline is headed this season. If you’re not a fan of spoilers, do NOT click on the link!

As season 2 of Falling Skies draws near, I’ve got the final three videos for you from our great set visit in Vancouver. They’re not very long, but you get some fun insight into the actors’ personalities and what they like. Also, for good measure I have included the video of Todd Masters explaining how they balance practical and CGI effects to give the most realistic portrayal of the alien creature possible.
All the goodness after the jump.
On Wednesday May 09, 2012 a select group of Falling Skies supporters and press were fortunate enough to be invited to meet with some of the stars of the show. They had the opportunity to speak with several actors from Falling Skies along with some of the wonderful behind-the-scenes talent who make the show such a success. My friend and fellow Three If By Space writer, Nicole Sixx, has some great reporting for fans of the show along with some juicy video clips. So hurry over to read and watch her exciting article, Falling Skies Press Junket at ZOIC Studios only at ThreeIfBySpace.net!
It’s been about 2 weeks since my last batch of Falling Skies cast interviews, so I’m overdue on posting this, but these are longer and more in-depth clips than before. In this latest batch of interviews you get to see the cast discuss the weapons training they received for the show, talk about who might be a practical joker on set, answer whether or not any of them have met Steven Spielberg and finally tell how much they enjoy being a part of Falling Skies. So sit back and enjoy watching these wonderful actors give candid answers to some questions we’ve all wanted to ask.
First up: Weapons Training
Fans of Falling Skies have waited patiently, yet excitedly for season 2 to premiere. It may still be a few weeks away, but my good friend Robert Prentice of Three If By Space has some new information you will definitely want to check out. The juiciest bit of all is a brand-new 2 minute exclusive season 2 preview from Access Hollywood.
If you liked the show last season, this new season will literally blow you away. If you were one of the few who wasn’t sure about Falling Skies, season 2 is going to change your mind for the better. There’s more action, the special effects are even better (if that’s possible as they were near perfect in season 1), and the fight grows more intense.
So hurry over to Three If By Space to read “All New Look at Falling Skies Season 2″ and see the exclusive new video from Access Hollywood. You will not be disappointed.

There have been several videos released over the past few months surrounding the highly-anticipated release of the movie Prometheus, the long-awaited return to the universe that first brought us the fantastically creepy Alien and its sequels. While it’s been quiet lately, something huge has just appeared online that you’ll want to see if you’re even slightly interested in this movie.
Over at Three If By Space I’ve just posted an article that features the brand-new international trailer for Prometheus. In it, there’s tons of new footage, plenty of Charlize Theron’s character, some hints at the plot and oodles of new alien lifeforms!
If that’s not enough for you, I’ve also included a featurette called Prometheus – 30 Years In The Making, the original full trailer, the TED 2023 speech by Peter Weyland, and my personal favorite, the uber-creepy advertisement entitled Introducing the David 8 – The Next Generation Weyland Robot.

It was looking like this would be the last season for one of the best scifi dramas ever to air on television, but Fox executive Kevin Reilly also kept hinting there was still hope. Well, now we know he was sincere in those hints as Fox has renewed Fringe for a 5th season.
It will be a shortened season, consisting of only 13 episodes, but at least we get more Fringe and should get proper closure for the show and its wonderful characters. The consistently supportive fan-base and their huge online presence played at leas some part in this decision, I’m sure.
No matter how it came to be, I’m just happy we’re getting more Fringe and more of Walter Bishop’s craziness.
